Terms and Conditions

• Minimum stay: 3 nights.
• Occupancy: The maximum number of people allowed in the apartment is 4. Any unauthorized occupants will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the rental fee.
• Cleaning Fee: A mandatory cleaning fee of CHF 199 will be charged in addition to the rental fee.
• City Tax: A city tax of CHF 2.4 per person per night, above the age of 6, will be charged in addition to the rental fee.
• Payment Terms: Full payment for the rental is due at the time of booking. Any changes to the reservation must be made in writing and may be subject to additional fees or penalties.
• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so as soon as possible.
• Check-in/Check-out: The check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 12 PM. Late check-out may be available for an additional fee and subject to availability.
• Liability: Guests are liable for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. It is recommended that guests obtain personal travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events.
• Maintenance: The owner reserves the right to enter the apartment for maintenance or repair purposes. Reasonable notice will be given to the guests prior to entry.
• Complaints: Any complaints regarding the apartment or service should be made in writing and addressed to Swiss Holiday Rental as soon as possible.
• Non-Smoking Policy: Our holiday rental apartment is a strictly non-smoking environment. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony.
• No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
• No Parties: Our holiday rental is intended for quiet, family-friendly use. Large gatherings and parties are strictly prohibited.
• Reporting of Damages: Any damages or missing items must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of any damages incurred during their stay.
• Official ‘quiet hours’ in Switzerland:
  • Midday quiet hour: weekdays between 12 and 1 pm
  • Night-time quiet hours: weekdays from 10 pm to 7 am
  • Sundays and public holidays: all day
